1. Booking and Deposit Refund Policy

- If we are forced to cancel your event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer:
- A full refund (excluding non-recoverable expenses).
- The option to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
- A credit for future events valid for [1 months].
3. Postponement Policy
- If you wish to postpone your event, you must notify us at least [15 days] before the event date.
- We will work with you to reschedule based on our availability.
