1. Booking and Deposit Refund Policy

  • To confirm your booking, a deposit of [X%] of the total event cost is required.
  • Deposits are non-refundable after [30 days] from the date of booking.
  • If the event is canceled within [10 days] of the event date, the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

(a) Client Cancellations:

  • If we are forced to cancel your event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer:
    • A full refund (excluding non-recoverable expenses).
    • The option to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
    • A credit for future events valid for [1 months].

3. Postponement Policy

  • If you wish to postpone your event, you must notify us at least [15 days] before the event date.
  • We will work with you to reschedule based on our availability.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to rescheduling (e.g., vendor fees) will be the client’s responsibility.

4. Changes to Services

  • We will accommodate changes where possible, but additional costs may apply.
  • No refunds will be provided for a reduced guest count or scaling down of services once confirmed.

5. Refund Processing Time

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-designed décor and stationery.
  • Vendor fees paid directly to third-party suppliers.
